1. General By accessing and using boldlines.ie, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. About Us Bold Lines Jewellery is an Irish-based online jewellery retailer. For contact and business details, please refer to our Legal Notice.

3. Products We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. All product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual item due to the handcrafted nature of jewellery.

4. Pricing All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

5. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers) Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at julie@boldlines.ie. Personalised or custom-made jewellery items may be exempt from this right.

7. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details on how we handle returns and refunds.

8. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including images, text, and branding — is the property of Bold Lines Jewellery and may not be reproduced without written permission. 

All copyright, design rights and intellectual property rights existing in our designs and products and in the images, text and design of our website are and will remain property of Bold Lines Jewellery.

The copying, modification, distribution, reproduction or incorporation into any other work of part or all the material available on this website in any form is prohibited without written permission.

All our designs are unique. Any copying or reproduction of the designs of the jewellery pieces of my shop is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability Bold Lines Jewellery shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products, to the extent permitted by Irish and EU law.

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

11. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
