Because of the nature of these items, we cannot accept returns for custom or personalised orders. If you have an issue with your order, please do contact us as soon as possible.

If you wish to cancel an order please inform us in writing as soon as possible by sending an email to julie@boldlines.ie with the subject line “Order Cancellation”. Please include your Order ID number in the email. If we receive your order cancelation instruction before we have dispatched your items, you are entitled to a full refund.
