TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please bear in mind that each piece is made to order. The price is only a guide based on materials and hours of work. The price also depends on the materials used (yellow, white, red, rose gold) and on the design. It also depends if you use your own stones and your own gold or if we need to add gold to the existing piece.

Once you agree on the design and lead time, a deposit will be requested. This deposit is non-refundable.

Each piece is unique and made especially for our clients. If you see a piece that you like on the website, we can make a similar one.

If you put a jewellery project on hold for any reasons for over a few weeks, the prices will be revised once the project resumes (as prices of gold are fluctuating, stones availability).

Commissions : Each commission order will be delivered in person.

Collection : each order will be sent with an post or courier. We deliver within Ireland and Europe only.

All copyright, design rights and intellectual property rights existing in my designs and products and in the images, text and design of our website are and will remain property of Bold Lines. I work hard to create my own designs. My photos, designs and products are all copyrighted and are my personal property. Please do not use images without consent and please keep originality in mind when creating your own products. The copying, modification, distribution, reproduction or incorporation into any other work of part or all the material available on this website in any form is prohibited without written permission. All my designs are unique. Any copying or reproduction of the designs of the jewellery pieces of my shop is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. 

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and would like to return the item for a refund, please contact me first at julie@boldlines.ie and return the item to us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase.

The piece must be in perfect condition and must never have been worn (no scratch).

If 3 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of Bold Lines jewellery receiving your return after inspection.

All refunds of undamaged and unworn products that have been correctly returned, will be refunded to the customer via the original method of purchase.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged/scratched or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returns received outside of the above stated timelines are accepted at the discretion of Bold Lines Jewellery

Bold Lines does not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These responsibilities are those of the customer. Therefore we strongly recommend using a secure and tracked service to return the goods to Bold Lines Jewellery.
