Shipping Policy – Bold Lines Jewellery

Processing Time Ready to ship orders are processed within 3 to 7  business days. Made to order items will take 7 to 15 working days to ship. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. 

Domestic Shipping (Ireland) We offer registered shipping throughout Ireland. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch.

International Shipping (EU & Worldwide) We ship to EU countries and select international destinations such as Canada. EU delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. International delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Customs & Duties For orders outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
